We offer an extended day for those parents that require childcare outside of the regular school hours from 7.45am till 6pm (5pm on Fridays).
At Deer Park School we are proud to be able to offer a range of different clubs which include Athletics, Dodgeball, Football, Basketball, Netball, Lacrosse, Performing Arts, Computing, Multi-Sports, Chess, Mindfulness, Drama, Karate, Dance, Debating, Comic, Gymnastics, Music, Arts & Crafts, Creative Writing and Coding.
Our breakfast club is available from 7.45am each day and our after school provision runs until 6.00pm (5.00pm on Fridays).
All provision is booked and paid for on SchoolsBuddy.
Autumn 2024 EDP Provision (after school clubs and WAC1/WAC2)
On Monday 2nd September, Summer Term 2024 clubs will be open for booking on SchoolsBuddy. This is where you get to choose your preferences on which clubs you would like your child to do next term.
Please do not book your child’s WAC 1 provision until clubs have been allocated.
However, if you need Childcare for the first week back, please book via ADHOC sessions.
On Thursday 12th September 2024, clubs will be allocated and you be informed of what clubs your child is in, via email. You can view the full letter here.
In the document, you will find details of each of the clubs running before school (8:00 am – 8:45am), and after school (3:30pm – 4:30pm).
Club Dates for This term
The clubs in Autumn term will run for 12 weeks –
Autumn term 1 – 16th September 2024 – 25th October 2024 (6 weeks)
Autumn term 2 – 4th November 2024 – 13th December 2024 (6 weeks)
INSET days: Monday 4th November (school closed)
NO CLUBS: Monday 9th December and Tuesday 10th December

Payment Details
- All provision is booked and paid for on SchoolsBuddy.
- Each club costs £7.50 per session, and you’ll be charged for the whole term (this covers costs for staffing and purchasing resources).
- All provision is booked on a preferential basis so please put your number 1 choice as highest priority.
- Clubs will only be allocated to children whose accounts are fully paid up.
Please note for pupils eligible for the pupil premium grant, one club is available free of charge and additional wraparound care or clubs are available to book at a 50% discount.
Reminder: All previous club payments must be settled by end of term. Any outstanding payments after this date will result in your child not being assigned clubs until this is rectified.
